Holly Millar is a Pacific Northwest native who has lived in Arizona and Australia as well as several PNW locations. She loves reading (fiction, not textbooks), writing, and traveling. Currently, she is pursuing a BA in English with a dual minor in creative writing and history. Middle grade fiction (ages 9-12) captured her attention at a young age and never lost hold of it. She still enjoys reading Madeleine L'Engal and Roald Dahl as well as discovering newer middle grade authors like Neil Gaiman and Trenton Lee Stewart. Having studied various forms of writing she looks forward to passing along some of that knowledge while exploring some incredible books with the class. Her ultimate goal is to write fantasy books for middle grade readers.
